The subscription plan has a 12-month minimum lock in period, then continues month-to-month. You're free to cancel anytime after the first year. Keep in mind, the website remains with us if you cancel, as this ensures the sustainability of our service

Absolutely!, You'll just have to sign a new 12 month contract and you're good to go.

If you choose to cancel before the 12-month period ends, you'll be required to pay the remaining balance of the site's full value ($3,500), minus what you've already paid. We value long-term partnerships and look for clients who share that same commitment.

Each invoice includes a 7-day grace period for payment. A $30 late fee applies if payment is not made within that time. For subscriptions, if multiple invoices remain unpaid for months without communication, we may cancel the contract and require payment of the site's full value. We aim to be understanding, flexible, and supportive of our clients regarding certain situations, but clear communication is essential to ensure fairness and protect the time and effort we invest in creating your site.

We send invoices through Square, which includes a secure link for entering your payment details. Subscriptions can be paid by credit or debit card, while lump sum projects are paid via bank transfer to help reduce processing fees.

The $100 per additional page fee is a one-time cost, not recurring. For example, 3 extra pages would be $300 total once paid, that's it. Definitely not $300 per month!

When you sign a contract—whether lump sum or subscription—if we're unable to create a design you're fully happy with and you choose not to move forward, we'll refund your initial payment. Once we begin building the site, refunds are no longer available, though we may offer them at our discretion.
